Per the signed rental agreement, your storage unit automatically renews each month. If you would like to terminate, written notice will need to be submitted 20 days before the end of the month you would like to move out. Written notice can be sent via text, email or the form below.
In order to be eligible for a deposit refund please leave the unit empty, broom swept, and unlocked. If eligible, deposits are sent via mail the month after tenancy has ended. Please be sure to provide current address.
