How can I use my storage unit?

Storage units are only for storage use. Business use, auto repair and shop space are not allowed.

Do you require a security deposit?

Yes, we require a deposit of one month's rent. The security deposit is refundable as long as a 20 day notice has been given, the unit is left in good condition, broom swept and all sums of rent and fees have been paid. Deposit can not be used as last month's rent. Deposits will be mailed the month after the rental has ended.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard & Discover) and checks, cashiers checks or money orders.

Do you insure my items?

No, it is up to you to insure your items. We do not insure against loss of property, damage or any other loss or injury.

Do I need to provide my own lock?

Yes, you will need to provide your own lock.

Any suggestions when it comes to storing my belongings?

Pallets for storing items off the concrete are highly recommended however are not provided.

What do I need to do when I move out?

To terminate your lease, please contact us 20 days before the end of the month with a written notice to vacate. Please broom sweep the unit and leave unlocked once all your belongings have been removed. You can send us your notice to vacate via text, email or the form on the form tab or this link here.

When can I get my security deposit back?

Deposits will be mailed the month after the rental has ended. The security deposit is refundable as long as a 20 day notice has been given, the unit is left in good condition, broom swept and all sums of rent and fees have been paid. Please be sure that we have your current address on file.
